What data we process and why

1. Enquiries and contact. When you use the form or email us, we process your name, email address, subject and message content to respond to your request. The legal basis is your request and, depending on its content, steps taken prior to entering into a contract or our legitimate interest in responding to it.
2. Newsletter. If you subscribe, we process your email address and subscription-related data to send you photographs, articles and news about courses, workshops and projects. The legal basis is your consent. You may withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in our messages or by writing to the email address above.
3. Tutorial and bundle purchases. When you purchase through WooCommerce, we process account, contact and billing details, purchased products and order status to handle your purchase, deliver the content, provide support and meet accounting and tax obligations. The legal bases are performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations. Card details are provided to the payment gateway used; WooCommerce does not store the full card number or security code in the website database.
4. Private workshop bookings. We process your contact details, selected duration, date, time and the information you provide to organise and deliver the session, along with order details if you pay through WooCommerce. The legal basis is performance of the contract or steps taken before entering into it.
5. Browsing and security. When you access the site, we may process your IP address, browser and device information, access date and time, and technical logs needed to serve the page, keep it secure, prevent abuse and resolve incidents. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining a functional, secure website.

We only request the data needed for each purpose. If you do not provide essential information for a form, purchase or booking, we may be unable to complete the process.

Who may access the data

The data is hosted by the website’s hosting provider, IONOS. WordPress and installed plugins may be involved in delivering each service, including Contact Form 7 for forms, Newsletter for subscriptions, WooCommerce for purchases and Booking Activities for the calendar and bookings. The active payment gateway receives the information necessary to process payment. These providers operate under their own terms and, where applicable, as data processors. We do not sell your personal data.

The website may include links or videos from external platforms such as YouTube and social networks. When you open these links or play external content, the privacy policies of the respective providers also apply. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, that processing must be based on the safeguards required by applicable law.

How long we retain data

Messages are retained for as long as necessary to respond and address any liabilities arising from the enquiry. Subscription data is retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. Order and booking data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service and subsequently for the periods required by tax and accounting rules and to defend possible claims. Technical logs are retained for as long as necessary for the security and operation of the site.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure and portability of your data, as well as restriction of or objection to processing where applicable. You may also withdraw any consent you have given at any time, without affecting previous processing.
